Get Involved Bill The G.I. Bill is a great way to get involved in the success of your chapter and to meet fellow members as well as expressing your artistic talents. Tumbleweed Tolers is your chapter and you as members make it an event to look forward to and your participation is paramount to its success. The G.I Bill is a great incentive to get our chapter members to become more involved in our chapter events. G.I. Bills are our chapter’s official currency, exchangeable only at our annual G.I auction. To earn G.I. Bills you need to participate in certain “chapter chores”, such as attending meeting, wearing your name badge, bringing a guest, donating items to raffle, etc…the possibilities are endless. The more you get involved the more bills you earn. Throughout the year we will ask that each member donate one painted piece to this event, big bills will be paid out for this “chapter chore” and you get to use your bills at the auction in December. This event is truly one to look forward too!! The more you do the more you earn and the more bills you have to spend at the auction. Our members always donate such lovely pieces and the fun and excitement is infectious. Plus it is free since the Bills aren’t real money. This event is in addition to our Christmas auction and presidents raffle. It will be a fun and exciting time, the bidding frenzy at this auction is intense and you won’t want to be left out. Your bills are earned throughout the year and you get to determine how much you will have to spend. So I encourage you to get involved in this fun chapter event, it will only be a success if we make it one.
